We focus on preventing and resolving complex intellectual property disputes – from trademarks, product designs, patents, copyrights and know-how to franchising, licensing agreements and unfair competition. Involvement in the League for Competition Law (LIDC) allows us to monitor the latest trends in competition and distribution law, which fundamentally affect franchising, vertical agreements and licensing strategy.
